While I'm now good at handstands, I think the real skill I learned is how to use community for increasing passion and accelerating learning. Handstands are very cool, but having friends who both teach and motivate you is even cooler.

I believe that money and endless growth are not what people actually want. At our core, we want to love and be loved in return. We also want to be happy, healthy, safe, and free from suffering.
Love requires a person to be their most vulnerable self, something which I know personally to be far harder than any other endeavour I’ve pursued.
When you see yourself asking a question that hurts, acknowledge it, and replace it with something that will actually help you.
The one thing I try not to do is regret how I lived my life five years ago. I needed to live the way I did in order to discover a new, and better path.
